I Have A Surgery Date!!!

My gastric bypass is scheduled for Monday November 7! I am so excited! (can't you tell?)

October is filled with tests:
- Oct 13 I meet with my surgeon
- Oct 18 is my big testing day
- Oct 20 is my EDG test

I'll let you know how it all goes...

Waiting Game

As of September 1st I've completed my 6 month medical supervised weigh-in's. Unfortunately it was right before Labor Day weekend...which means that no matter that I spoke to my dr 2 weeks previously...it took until the Tues after the holiday to get all of the paperwork to deliver to the surgeon's office.

Anyway, I estimate about 3-4 weeks before hearing from the insurance company regarding approval for the surgery. Please keep your fingers crossed and I'll let you know how it goes...
